CHURCH CONSTITUTION
Here you will find some of our founding principles.
INTRODUCTION
All Love United Church of Healing Arts, Inc. (ALUCHA) is a nonprofit religious organization established to provide spiritual education, sacred healing, mentorship, community service, and ceremonial practice.
We unite diverse traditions, tribes, medicines, elders, and mystical lineages into one harmonious prayer of remembrance — honoring the many names of God while embodying the core essence of Divine Oneness.
Our mission is to guide the evolution of consciousness through spiritual discipline, self-accountability, and the dissolution of separation. We teach the ancient occult and esoteric sciences, the sacred arts, and the ways of natural living, while honoring each soul’s unique path and medicine.
We serve as a school, a community, and a sanctuary of healing — offering ceremony, mentorship, creative worship, pilgrimage, ministry, outreach, and the preservation of Indigenous wisdom through our elders and teachers.
We honor the One Creator, whose essence flows through all life. We exist to restore and preserve the sacred Earth-based, Indigenous, and ancestral traditions/ways of life. Through our ceremonies, rituals, and sacred medicines, we welcome opportunities to commune with Source, our ancestors, angels & Spirit Helpers to awaken and unite the body, mind, and spirit, cultivating self-mastery, Divine Oneness, and the evolution of consciousness.
Our sacraments are elemental: Earth, Fire, Air, Water, and Spirit. Through these sacred forces we pray, heal, awaken, and remember our connection to Source. We hold all life in reverence with humility, courage, generosity, honesty, faith, harmony, and integrity.
We are here to embody the ancient ways through service — carrying forward the teachings, the medicines, and the unified heart of all peoples for the healing of the world
Our purpose is to guide individuals on their spiritual journey, honor ancestral knowledge, protect sacred practices, and foster a harmonious community of healers. All activities are conducted in accordance with the constitutional right to religious freedom and the legal protections afforded to nonprofit religious organizations under U.S. law.
CORE BELIEFS
We honor the Grand Omnipotent Creator — the Source of all things, the Weaver of this reality, the Heart of boundless love, wisdom, and acceptance. We recognize Earth as a living Mother, a sacred feminine presence who nourishes, teaches, and holds all beings as one family moving from polarity toward Oneness, Unity, and Christ Consciousness.
We affirm that the Creator made all beings free, equal, and sovereign, each carrying a unique harmony within the great tapestry of existence. We acknowledge our ancestral connection to the First Nations and claim the right to restore the ancient religion of Oneness that they carried: a path rooted in ceremony, prayer, discipline, and reverence for all life.
Because language carries the creative power of God, we honor all sacred texts, symbols, stories, and mythic records — from the Esoteric and Hermetic, to Indigenous traditions of North and South America, to Gnostic, Biblical, Qur’anic, Vedic, Kabbalistic, Egyptian, Sumerian, and countless others. Though spoken differently, they echo one unified message:
We are all Relations. We are all children of the same Creator.
We believe in the One Light expressed through all tribes, nations, religions, and mystical traditions under the sovereign law of Love. We affirm the rights of Indigenous Peoples as recognized by international and domestic law, including the freedom to practice our rituals, rites, ceremonies, sacred objects, and sacraments without interference, so long as these freedoms do not restrict that same liberty in others.
We affirm the authority entrusted to us by our elders, ancestors, and the Holy Masters, together with the constitutional rights of all people to form spiritual communities rooted in ancient teachings and indigenous ways of life.
We recognize the Supreme Creator by many names — Source, Great Spirit, Wakan Tanka, Olodumare, Brahman, Allah, Jehovah, Great Mystery, and more — all pointing to the One Divine Presence that exists in everything and nothing. Because this Presence lives within all things, every being is sacred.
We honor the Universal Law of Oneness and uphold the Omnistic Golden Rule found in all faiths. We believe no one is above another; all are equal in the love of the Creator. We honor the Ascended Masters, Prophets, Archangels, Angels, Orishas, Saints, Star Nation, and Ancestors who walk with us as guides.
We pray with respect to all our relations — the elders, standing people (trees), cloud people, stone people, winged ones, four-legged, no-legged, finned ones, and the creeping crawlers — acknowledging their teachings and wisdom.
We walk the path of the Masters through equanimity, humility, gratitude, forgiveness, charity, acceptance, and service. We honor the Christ essence present in all religions as the blueprint for Self-Mastery — the illumination of the ego, shadow, and lower self into unity with Divine Love.
We honor the ancient prophecies and teachings of the Indigenous Peoples, and we recognize we are living in the time of the Eagle and Condor, the Seventh Fire, and the return of original wisdom.
We honor the Elements — Fire, Water, Air, Earth, and Ether — and the Seven Directions — North, South, East, West, Above, Below, and Within — as living expressions of the Creator. Through them we make direct contact with Source in our prayers, rituals, and ceremonies.
We believe in the sacred technology of miracles: healing, revelation, prophecy, visions, channeling, psychic gifts, spiritual insight, and the rebirth of the ancient languages of light.
We honor Earth’s sacraments — plant, animal, mineral, elemental — as Master Teachers that support Self-Mastery, healing, remembrance, and spiritual evolution. These natural medicines are divine gifts and are used with reverence, consent, discipline, and sacred preparation.
We believe life itself is a ceremony, and each human journey is a sacrament. We honor major rites of passage such as birth, marriage, death, purification, fasting, pilgrimage, prayer, seclusion, and initiation as holy doorways in the evolution of the soul.
We uphold the Hermetic Principles — Mentality, Correspondence, Vibration, Polarity, Rhythm, Gender, and Cause and Effect — as universal laws that govern spiritual development and daily conduct.
We affirm that no organization or individual can deny any soul’s access to the Creator. All people possess the sovereign right to pray, heal, worship, learn, evolve, and seek personal revelation without coercion.
We believe true harmony is possible across social, political, ethnic, and economic distinctions, provided such differences uplift and do not oppress.
We affirm the right of all people to live freely — in sexuality, health decisions, education, spiritual practice, and lifestyle — so long as they do not violate another’s sovereignty.
We honor our responsibility to protect the Earth — her lands, waters, air, creatures, and sacred sites — and to give back what we take.
We believe our duty is to carry, teach, and restore the Sacred Healing Ways so that all may remember their own medicine, reclaim their spiritual sovereignty, and walk the path of love and mastery for the generations yet to come.
SACRED MEDICINE
Statement of Religious Use of Sacred Medicine
We, as a spiritual community, honor sacred plant medicines as holy sacraments.
They are not substances to be consumed, but teachers to be approached, elders to be respected, and portals through which the soul remembers its own divinity.
Our use of medicine is entirely religious in nature.
It is woven into our way of life, our prayers, our ceremonies, and our collective path toward healing, awakening, and communion with the Divine.
1. Medicine as Sacrament
We recognize sacred medicines as vessels of Master Teachers, living allies who guide, instruct, reveal, and restore.
Their purpose within our church is to support:
spiritual purification
emotional healing
release of trauma
remembrance of purpose
deepened connection with Source
ethical transformation and service
Every ceremony is an act of worship, a return to holiness, and a surrender to Divine wisdom.
2. Reverence, Ritual, and Prayer
We do not take medicine casually or recreationally.
We enter every ceremony with:
prayerful preparation
clean intention
humility of heart
respect for the lineage of the medicine
consent, integrity, and grounded guidance
Ceremony is a sacred container, a living altar.
Every step is guided by Spirit, tradition, and deep care for the soul.
3. Spiritual Right and Responsibility
Our church upholds the spiritual right of every person to seek healing, revelation, and communion with the Divine through sacramental practice.
This right is accompanied by responsibility:
to honor their mind, body, and spirit
to follow preparation and integration practices
to uphold the sanctity of the space
to relate to the medicine with maturity and respect
We treat our sacraments as a covenant, not a commodity.
4. Ethical Stewardship
We commit to ethical, safe, and spiritually aligned stewardship of all medicines used in our church.
This includes:
responsible sourcing
proper handling
guided facilitation
emotional and spiritual support
aftercare and integration
Our facilitators serve as guardians of the ceremony, not authorities over the soul.
5. Non-Coercive, Sovereign Practice
Participation is always voluntary. All members maintain full sovereignty over their spiritual path.
We encourage discernment, informed decision-making, and personal agency.
We do not proselytize.
We do not pressure.
We simply offer a sacred doorway for those who feel called.
6. A Sanctuary for Healing and Awakening
Our church provides a protected spiritual environment for individuals seeking:
deeper connection with Spirit
release of layers that obscure truth
renewal of mind and heart
alignment with their highest expression
Medicine is one thread among many. A catalyst for remembering the healer within.
Closing Declaration
We honor these sacred medicines as holy gifts entrusted to us by Creator and Earth.
Through their guidance, we seek truth, healing, and transformation. Not escape, not entertainment, but deep reverence for life in every moment.
May every moment be a ceremony.
May every ceremony be a prayer.
May every prayer be an offering.
May every offering be a step closer to the Divine spark within us all.
