MOVEMENT
Under Ki's guidance we will move our bodies using modalities that hydrate the fascia, flush the lymphatic system, and offer a subtle yet profound calibration of our energy channels. These movements are grounding and powerful with great potential for improvement of physical health. Suitable for all ability levels - come as you are.
NOURISHING MEALS
We will start each morning with a beautiful breakfast. Dinners will be lovingly crafted by our private chef. There will be select times along the journey when we will go to specialty restaurants as well. All of your dietary needs will be honored accordingly - please let us know what your needs are in the intake form & we will accommodate you.
FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS THERAPY
We will start the Pilgrimage with a profound reconnection with our ancestors through a group Family Constellations session, with therapist Shereen Rizk. We will take turns supporting one another in this dynamic process. This is a breakthrough modality that gives us a chance to notice & address any entanglements within our family line, to let go of burdens that are not ours to carry, end family curses, to restore a greater sense of connection, belonging & order, & so much more.
THE REWIRED MIND METHOD
Kristen is a pioneer in the world of quantum recalibration. Through Process Healing (MAP Healing) she will guide us to uncouple memories from emotions by using the window of reconsolidation to restructure memories in the quantum field. This method helps the brain rewire & change, supporting a shift from automatic, unconscious reactions & patterns toward becoming a more conscious creator of your reality.
SACRED CEREMONIES
Throughout the Pilgrimage we will have a chance to participate in various Sacred Ceremonies with deep intention, reverence & prayer. This is your opportunity to truly relax into presence & trust, unwind the parts that are asking for attention & care. Through ritual, presence & the guidance of the ceremonial container, you are invited to let go of the layers that are no longer serving you & embody all that you've ever dreamed to be.
DAILY INTEGRATION
From start to finish, our priority is that you are able to digest & take away as much as possible from this experience. You will be witnessed & held with unconditional love & acceptance as you transform throughout this pilgrimage. Each day we will set intentional time & space for each person to process, to practice active listening & holding space for each other. Through this sharing, we learn more about ourselves & we also learn through the reflections of our peers.

We will enjoy delicious meals cooked on the open fire, dance & howl under the crystal clear Milky Way, sand board down the dunes, decompress like never before & come back home ready to take on the world!

Under the blessing & guidance of the guardians of these sacred sites, we will journey to specific points around Egypt where we will work with encoded sacred geometry & more, as we exchange & download consciousness codes.

The temples have been encoded with ancient technology, they balance & activate us in subtle and profound ways that really must be experienced to believe. As we visit we are taken on a journey that will continue to unfold long after we leave here.

FAIYUM OASIS
Faiyum Oasis is a place unlike any other! Home to fossils of giant prehistoric whales that swam in the ancient seas, little understood mysterious ancient temples, waterfalls, dramatic dunes, incredible geological formations, a fusion of three overlapping environments, and even mermaid fossils!!
KARNAK TEMPLE
Karnak Temple is one of Egypt's most extraordinary sacred complexes, built & expanded by generations of pharaohs over more than 2,000 years in honor of Amun-Ra, the supreme God of Thebes. Walking among its towering columns, monumental statues & sacred avenues offers a glimple into the spiritual grandeur & architectural genius of ancient Egypt.
DENDERA TEMPLE
Dendera is one of Egypt's most beautiful & well preserved temples. Dedicated to Hathor, the Goddess of love, motherhood, joy, music & beauty. She is depicted everywhere, smiling down with gentle grace. This temple features stunning colored images throughout, offering an incredible insight into the ancients' relationship with the stars.
THE GREAT PYRAMID OF GIZA
Thousands of years old, the Great Pyramid of Giza is the only surviving Wonder of the Ancient World. This is a surreal location where ancient architecture, astronomy, spirituality, and the mysteries of human civilization converge. THE ITINERARY
November 22nd - Fly into Cairo International Airport, meet with airport greeter/chaperone, drive to Saqqara. Welcome dinner & orientation.
November 23rd - Guided body movement*, Sacred Ceremony & group Family Constellations session.
November 24th - Guided body movement*, travel to Faiyum Oasis, visit Qasr el Sagha, Dimeh Al-Sibah, Petrified Forest & go to the camp.
November 25th - Guided body movement*, visit Valley of the Whales, Magic Lake, Cave & Waterfall, return to camp.
November 26th - Guided body movement*, integration & recalibration sessions, Gratitude Celebration & Feast.
November 27th - Guided body movement*, visit Medinat Madi, leave Faiyum, fly to Luxor, check- in.
November 28th - Guided body movement*, visit Medinat Habu Temple & Karnak Temple.
November 29th - Guided body movement*, visit Dendera Temple & Sacred Ceremony by night.
November 30th - Guided body movement*, fly to Cairo, free day (optional camel ride, GEM visit & or shopping).
December 1st - Guided body movement*, Private visit of the Great Pyramid.
December 2nd - Guided body movement*, integration & recalibration sessions, horse back riding at sunset.
December 3rd - Transportation to Cairo International Airport.

Throughout this pilgrimage, we will explore:
