THE 4 DIRECTIONS
Paying special attention to the points of the 4 directions on Mount Shasta, we will orient our prayers starting with the East & concluding in the North. This practice brings a grounded experiential relationship with the organizing force that is amplified by this sacred site.
THE ELEMENTS
Our pilgrimage will activate a deep understanding, respect & balancing of the elements that reside within us. Through our focused attention we will notice which elements are moving & speaking through us & all around us.
SACRED OFFERINGS
Many have forgotten the importance of devotion & reverence that is demonstrated through the loving act of leaving sacred offerings to the ancestors, spirits & guardians. We will practice the art of active listening as we prepare & offer gifts of food, flowers & more.
GRID WORK
Under the blessing & guidance of the guardians of this sacred site, we will journey to specific points on & around Mount Shasta where we will work with encoded sacred geometry & more, as we exchange & download consciousness codes.

CACAO CEREMONY
Communing with Mama Cacao, we will experience a gentle opening of our hearts and subtle bodies. This is our moment to set our intentions for the pilgrimage as well as for our inner process, as we start our journey of truly meeting and witnessing one another.

KAMBO CEREMONY
At the beginning of the immersion, we will have a chance to sit with this master teacher from the Amazon forest, to cleanse and purify our internal waters so as we step upon the mountain we come clear and grounded.
BUFO CEREMONY
With three very intentional Bufo Ceremonies throughout, we will witness our own embodiment come into form. Each ceremony expands our consciousness, opens our heart and deepens our capacity to hold it all with harmony and stability.
MUSHROOM CEREMONY
Just like the endless web of Mycelium that encompasses our planet, we get the opportunity to weave and integrate the pilgrimage and all of the activations in a group Mushroom Ceremony.
All ceremonies are optional but highly encouraged.

MIND, BODY & SPIRIT MEDICINE
MOVEMENT
Under Ki's guidance we will move our bodies using modalities that hydrate the fascia, flush the lymphatic system, and offer a subtle yet profound calibration of our energy channels. These movements are grounding and powerful with great potential for improvement of physical health. Suitable for all ability levels - come as you are.
ORGANIC MEALS
We will start each morning with a beautiful breakfast buffet. Snacks will be provided for times that we are out in nature. Dinners will be lovingly crafted by our local chef who sources many of his ingredients from the surrounding forests. All of your dietary needs will be honored accordingly - please let us know what your needs are in the intake form.
SACRED CEREMONY
This pilgrimage is also highlighted by various Sacred Medicine Ceremonies throughout. As a start to our trip we will clear and ground our energy with a Kambo Ceremony. Mama Cacao is there to help us gently drop into our intentions and open our hearts wider. We are also honored to serve you three Bufo Ceremonies that will help crystalize your intentions. Towards the conclusion of our trip we will sit together in a Mushroom Ceremony to integrate our complete experience here.
A GENTLE UNWINDING
From start to finish, you will be cradled by Mount Shasta as she bathes your entire being in her primordial presence. Through our movements around the various energy points you will experience an internal reorganization of your system. Here you can stop trying to be spiritual and experience something real, spirit that is palpable, tangible. This is a major energetic point on Mother Earth, here we will experience it together in all it's brilliance.
HONORING THE APUS
Throughout our pilgrimage we will honor Mount Shasta through rituals and prayers that originate from the Andean tradition.
Andean mysticism centers on a deep spiritual relationship with nature, especially the mountains which are believed to be living beings known as Apus. These mountain spirits are revered as powerful guardians who influence weather, fertility, and the well-being of communities, and they are honored through rituals and offerings. Mount Shasta is one of the many revered sacred Apus; often described as a powerful vortex of energy, believed to amplify intention, healing and personal transformation. Many who visit the mountain speak of a heightened sense of clarity and connection. Mount Shasta is one of the rare Apus that is dualistic in its nature, a mountain with two separate peaks, calling in union of the divine masculine and feminine.
THE ACCOMODATION
OUR BASE CAMP
Through out our time together, we will be stationed at a beautiful rustic lodge home in Dunsmuir, just 10 minutes from Mount Shasta. We will rest and recharge here and our chef will be waiting with dinner as we return from our work on and around the mountain. We have many treats and special events lined up for you here, get ready to play and be delighted!
MEET YOUR GUIDES
Each day you will be held in the best of hands.
Medicine woman, Sun Dancer & psychic intuitive, Ki has worked on sacred sites throughout Egypt. She prays with & carries water as sacrament, holds many healing modalities & is deep in her studies of curanderismo.
Channel, psychic & medicine woman, Anita has carried out grid work at the Bosnian Pyramids & all throughout Egypt. She works with dreams & spontaneous downloads as she engages with the consciousness grid.
MARIAH
On her journey of connecting to ritual & ancient traditions, through Andean Mysticism & the Eagle & Condor path, Mariah's spiritual intuition awakened. She has spent extensive time working in Shasta, Hawaii & the Appalachian Mountains.
